    • You will cooperate with our team to facilitate the development process.
  3. Payment Terms
    • Payment terms will be agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
    • Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.
    • Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension
  4. Intellectual Property
    • All intellectual property rights developed as part of the project will belong to ORXUS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.
  5. Confidentiality
    • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
    • Confidentiality obligations continue even after termination of the project.
  6. Termination
    • Either party may terminate the project with 30 days' written notice.
    • Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • ORXUS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
  8. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  9. Changes to Terms
    • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
